TRAPPING

We use ethical, yet effective trapping techniques to safely remove the organism from your property. Trapping can take between a week or two weeks depending on the circumstance. Monthly service trapping is available should the situation require it.

EXCLUSION

In many cases wildlife will enter a home, through the roof or otherwise. When this occurs, it is very important to close (exclude) the entry point as well as any other susceptible areas. Critter Outlaws offers exclusion services using professional grade roofing and repair materials. 

DISINFECTION

As an animal invades your property, naturally it leaves behind waste. This waste is extremely harmful, as it is a breeding ground for very toxic bacteria and molds. Raccoon feces in particular, can contain and harbor raccoon roundworm called baylisascaris procyonis. This is a parasitic worm that infects humans and can be fatal. Eggs from this worm can become airborne and inhaled by humans or pets. Infection of baylisascaris can also be transmitted by coming in direct contact with raccoon feces.

ATTIC RESTORATION

We offer full or partial attic restoration. This service includes the removal of damaged, old, or soiled insulation and the installation of new insulation. 

DEAD ANIMAL REMOVAL

A good number of property owners have been convinced to buy some chemicals and lethal traps so as to get rid of nuisance animals. However, this does not end up well, as most of these pests will die in their nests. When these animals die, they will start to rot and this can create serious health issues, besides the stench. Critter Outlaws will trace and remove all the dead animals in your home. We have the proper mechanisms to dispose of the dead animals so as to prevent any diseases from affecting you and your loved ones. Once we have removed the dead animals, we will disinfect and decontaminate the areas that are affected.

BAIT STATIONS

Bait boxes are boxes designed to attract rodents and contain bait and insecticide. They are used to control the spread of Lyme and other tick-borne pathogens by killing mice, chipmunks, and voles. Bait stations are small boxes or tubes filled with enticing edibles that kill rodents. They are usually filled with highly toxic bait called rodenticide. When properly used, they can stop mice from becoming a problem.

An inspection could last thirty minutes or three hours. We investigate the interior and exterior of your home for any signs of animal activity.
